Recruiting for Finance Executive - Design Team

Role Summary: Fabel is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Finance Executive with 2-3 years of experience to join our growing team in Ahmedabad. This role is crucial in supporting the financial operations of our design and manufacturing business, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all financial processes. While the role is finance-focused, a background or understanding from a Master of Design (M.Des) program will be advantageous in grasping the nuances of our unique business model and contributing to strategic financial planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Liaise with internal teams (especially design and operations) to gather financial data and provide insights.
• Assist in financial analysis and ad-hoc reporting as required.
• Contribute to process improvements within the finance department.
