Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Program Manager with 1-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Pune. This role will support the financial planning, analysis, and reporting for our film, music, and entertainment ventures. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial principles and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and management of financial models, forecasts, and budgets for various entertainment projects.
- Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations for senior management.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide insights into financial performance deviations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., production, marketing, legal) to gather financial data and ensure project alignment.
- Monitor project expenditures and track financial progress against approved budgets.
- Support in the identification and mitigation of financial risks.
- Assist in the reconciliation of financial data and ensure accuracy.
- Contribute to process improvements within the finance department.
