Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Program Manager with 2-3 years of experience and a BBA/BBM degree to join our dynamic team in Surat. The ideal candidate will support the planning, execution, and monitoring of finance-related projects within our NBFC operations, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and adherence to regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of financial programs and initiatives.
- Support project managers in tracking project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Conduct financial analysis and prepare reports for management review.
- Coordinate with various departments to gather information and ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Help identify risks and propose mitigation strategies for financial projects.
- Participate in the documentation of project processes and procedures.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial operations.
