Recruiting for Fitter / Turner (1-2 Yrs) - Consumer Electronics & Appliances Team

We are seeking a diligent and skilled Fitter / Turner with 1-2 years of experience and an M.Tech degree to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. This role is crucial for ensuring the precision manufacturing and maintenance of components within our state-of-the-art consumer electronics and appliances production facility. The ideal candidate will possess a strong theoretical understanding from their M.Tech education coupled with practical experience in fitting and turning operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain various machine tools such as lathes, milling machines, and grinders to produce precision parts according to specifications.
• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD models to understand project requirements and dimensions.
• Perform fitting operations, including assembly, disassembly, and modification of mechanical components.
• Measure and inspect finished parts to ensure they meet strict quality and dimensional tolerances, using precision measuring instruments.
• Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on machinery and equipment.
• Collaborate with engineers and production teams to optimize manufacturing processes and improve product quality.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
