Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a M.Tech degree and 1-2 years of experience to join our dynamic Events / Live Entertainment team as a Flight & Airport Operations Specialist. This role will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth logistical flow of talent, equipment, and crew for our large-scale events and tours, often involving complex airport and travel coordination. You will work closely with event managers, production teams, and external vendors to manage all aspects of flight and airport-related operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage all flight bookings for artists, crew, and essential personnel, ensuring optimal routing and cost-effectiveness.

Liaise with airport authorities, airlines, and ground handling agents to facilitate smooth arrivals, departures, and transit.

Manage visa and immigration requirements for international travel, ensuring compliance with all regulations.

Oversee the logistics of transporting equipment and sensitive materials through airports, adhering to safety and security protocols.

Develop and maintain detailed travel itineraries and operational plans for each event.

Provide on-site support during events for any flight or airport-related issues.

Conduct risk assessments related to flight and airport operations and implement mitigation strategies.

Maintain accurate records of all travel expenses and operational data for reporting purposes.
