Job Description
We are seeking a meticulous and analytical Flight Load Controller with 3-4 years of experience to join our dynamic BFSI team in Coimbatore. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient and safe management of financial loads and transactions within the bank. The ideal candidate will leverage their strong analytical skills and understanding of financial processes to optimize load distribution and mitigate operational risks.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and monitor real-time transaction loads across various banking platforms.
Develop and implement strategies for optimal load balancing and resource allocation.
Identify potential bottlenecks and proactively address system performance issues.
Collaborate with IT and operations teams to ensure system stability and high availability.
Prepare regular reports on system performance, load patterns, and risk assessments.
Ensure compliance with all relevant banking regulations and internal policies.
Utilize analytical and problem-solving skills acquired through a B.Pharma background to understand complex data patterns and identify root causes of issues.
