Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and analytical Flight Load Controller with 1-3 years of experience to join our dynamic Design team in Nasik. The ideal candidate will possess an MBA/PGDM and have a strong understanding of load analysis and control principles within the aerospace domain. You will be instrumental in ensuring the structural integrity and performance of aircraft components through meticulous load management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed load calculations and analysis for aircraft structures and components.
- Develop and implement load control strategies to meet performance and safety requirements.
- Collaborate with design engineers to integrate load management considerations into the design process.
- Analyze test data and compare it with theoretical calculations, identifying discrepancies.
- Prepare technical reports and documentation related to load analysis and control.
- Utilize industry-standard software for structural and load analysis.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in aerospace load control and structural analysis techniques.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of load control processes and methodologies.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, quality assurance, and project management.
