Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Food Safety professional to join our Professional Services team in Nagpur. This role is ideal for an individual with 1-2 years of experience and a strong understanding of legal frameworks related to food safety in India. You will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with all relevant food safety regulations and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct legal reviews of food safety policies, procedures, and product documentation to ensure compliance with FSSAI regulations and other applicable laws.
Assist in the development and implementation of food safety management systems, including HACCP and GMP.
Investigate food safety incidents, deviations, and customer complaints, providing legal insights and recommendations for corrective actions.
Stay updated on evolving food safety legislation, standards, and best practices in India and internationally.
Provide training and guidance to internal teams on food safety compliance and legal requirements.
Liaise with regulatory bodies and external auditors as needed.
