Recruiting for Foreman / Technician - Design Team (1-2 Yrs)

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Foreman / Technician with 1-2 years of experience and an M.Pharma degree to join our dynamic team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and executing various technical operations within our design and production environment, ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety protocols. This role requires a strong understanding of pharmaceutical processes and manufacturing principles, applied within a consumer goods design context.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage day-to-day operations of the technical team, ensuring efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.
- Implement and monitor production processes, ensuring compliance with quality control measures and regulatory requirements.
- Operate and maintain specialized equipment used in product design and development, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
- Conduct quality checks and testing of raw materials and finished products, documenting results accurately.
- Collaborate with research and development teams to facilitate the scaling up of new product designs from lab to production.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and implement best practices in the workshop/lab environment.
- Maintain inventory of materials and supplies, coordinating with procurement for timely replenishment.
- Prepare reports on production output, quality metrics, and operational challenges for management review.
- Assist in the training and development of junior technicians and team members.
