We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Functional Consultant with 3-4 years of experience to join our dynamic IT Services team in Vishakhapatnam. This role is crucial for bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring successful implementation of various IT projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications and system designs.
Configure and customize software solutions to meet business needs.
Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of solutions.
Provide end-user training and support during and after implementation.
Collaborate with technical teams to resolve issues and implement solutions.
Document all functional configurations, customizations, and processes.
