Job Description
We are seeking a creative and passionate Game Designer with 2-3 years of experience and an M.Tech degree to join our dynamic Education team in Jaipur. In this role, you will be instrumental in conceptualizing, designing, and developing engaging educational games that enhance learning experiences for students. You will work closely with subject matter experts and developers to bring educational concepts to life through interactive gameplay.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and design innovative educational game mechanics and features that align with learning objectives.
- Develop game design documents (GDDs), including game flow, character design, level design, and user interface (UI) elements.
- Collaborate with curriculum designers and subject matter experts to ensure educational accuracy and pedagogical effectiveness.
- Work with artists and developers to translate game designs into visually appealing and functional game experiences.
- Prototype and test game concepts, gathering feedback and iterating on designs to improve engagement and learning outcomes.
- Ensure game designs are accessible and cater to a diverse student audience.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in game design, educational technology, and gamification.
