The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience providing comprehensive medical care and advising on health management strategies within a corporate environment. This role is crucial for ensuring the well-being of our employees in the fast-paced Animation & VFX industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough medical examinations and provide accurate diagnoses for employees.
- Develop and implement health management plans, including preventative care and chronic disease management.
- Offer expert medical advice and consultations on a range of health issues, from common ailments to complex conditions.
- Collaborate with HR and the wellness team to create and promote employee health programs and initiatives.
- Maintain detailed and confidential patient records, adhering to all privacy regulations.
- Stay updated with the latest medical advancements and research relevant to occupational health and general medicine.
- Provide emergency medical response and first aid as needed.
- Educate employees on healthy lifestyles, stress management, and workplace safety relevant to the creative industry.
