We are seeking a dedicated Geriatrician with 2-3 years of experience to join our team in Vijayawada. This role is crucial for ensuring the health and well-being of our aging workforce, focusing on age-related health concerns and preventative care within the automotive industry context. As a Geriatrician, you will leverage your expertise to provide specialized medical care and contribute to occupational health strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive health assessments for employees aged 50 and above, focusing on age-related conditions and functional decline.
Develop and implement personalized care plans for geriatric employees, addressing chronic diseases, mobility issues, and cognitive health.
Provide consultations and medical advice on common geriatric syndromes such as falls, dementia, and incontinence.
Collaborate with HR and occupational health teams to create a supportive work environment for aging employees.
Educate employees and their families on healthy aging, disease prevention, and management of age-related conditions.
Stay updated with the latest research and best practices in geriatric medicine relevant to the industrial setting.
Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
