We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Head - Creative to join our Clinical Research / Contract Research team in Ludhiana. This role is ideal for an individual with 1-3 years of experience and a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree, looking to make a significant impact in the healthcare and clinical research sector. You will be responsible for developing and executing creative strategies that enhance our brand presence and communication efforts within the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement innovative creative concepts for marketing materials, presentations, and internal communications relevant to the clinical research industry.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., business development, operations, regulatory affairs) to understand project requirements and translate them into compelling creative outputs.

Manage the creation of visual assets, including infographics, social media content, website content, and other digital and print collateral.

Ensure all creative content aligns with company branding guidelines, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

Analyze the effectiveness of creative campaigns and propose data-driven improvements.

Stay updated with the latest trends in creative design, digital marketing, and clinical research communication.
