Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and creative individual to join our team as Head - Design & Development. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with a strong business acumen and a passion for the events industry. You will be instrumental in conceptualizing and overseeing the design and development aspects of our live entertainment and corporate events.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the conceptualization and design of event themes, layouts, and production elements.
Collaborate with the creative and technical teams to translate design ideas into tangible event experiences.
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends in event design and live entertainment.
Support in managing project timelines and budgets for design and development phases.
Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure the quality and timely delivery of event components.
Contribute to proposal development and client presentations from a design perspective.
Ensure all design and development activities align with client objectives and brand guidelines.
