We are seeking a proactive and skilled individual to join our dynamic team as Head - DevOps. This role is ideal for someone with 1-2 years of experience looking to make a significant impact in a fast-paced financial services environment. You will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth, efficient, and secure operation of our development and operational infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with development and operations teams to streamline software delivery pipelines.
Implement and manage CI/CD tools and processes.
Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions for optimization.
Automate infrastructure provisioning and management using tools like Terraform or Ansible.
Ensure system security and compliance with industry regulations.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to infrastructure and application deployments.
Contribute to the design and architecture of scalable and resilient systems.
