We are seeking an ambitious and results-oriented Head - Program / Project to join our dynamic team in Lucknow. This role is ideal for an individual with 2-3 years of experience and an MBA/PGDM, looking to make a significant impact in the recruitment and staffing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage end-to-end program/project lifecycles within the staffing domain, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
Develop and implement strategic project plans, defining objectives, deliverables, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and client servicing, to align project goals with business objectives.
Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and proactively implement corrective actions.
Manage stakeholder expectations, providing regular updates on project status and performance.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within program management processes.
Ensure adherence to company policies and industry best practices.
