Role Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented individual with an M.Pharma background to join our Textile & Apparel team in Indore. This role is crucial for maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness within our operational facilities, specifically focusing on housekeeping and laundry processes that impact fabric quality and safety. The ideal candidate will leverage their understanding of chemical properties and safety protocols gained from their pharmaceutical education to optimize and manage these critical functions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement standardized operating procedures (SOPs) for housekeeping and laundry services, ensuring compliance with industry best practices and internal quality standards.
- Oversee the selection, safe handling, and application of cleaning agents and laundry chemicals, considering their impact on textile integrity and environmental regulations. Leverage M.Pharma knowledge in understanding chemical interactions and safety data sheets (SDS).
- Manage laundry operations, including washing, drying, and finishing processes, to ensure optimal fabric care and longevity, preventing damage or discoloration.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and address any hygiene deficiencies, pest control issues, or safety hazards.
- Maintain inventory of housekeeping and laundry supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and managing procurement processes efficiently.
- Train and supervise housekeeping and laundry staff, providing guidance on proper techniques, safety procedures, and the use of equipment.
- Implement and monitor waste management protocols, ensuring responsible disposal of chemical waste and general refuse.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of housekeeping and laundry services with overall production and operational goals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to housekeeping or laundry services, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
