Recruiting for Housekeeping Manager / Supervisor - Food Processing Team

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Manager / Supervisor with 1-2 years of experience and an M.Des degree to oversee and manage housekeeping operations within our state-of-the-art food processing facility in Vadodara. The ideal candidate will leverage their design thinking and process optimization skills to ensure the highest standards of hygiene, sanitation, and operational efficiency. This role is crucial for maintaining compliance with stringent food safety regulations and contributing to a safe and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and monitor housekeeping schedules and procedures to ensure cleanliness and sanitation across all areas of the food processing plant.

Supervise and train housekeeping staff, ensuring adherence to company policies, safety protocols, and hygiene standards.

Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify areas requiring attention and implement corrective actions.

Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment, and chemicals, ensuring cost-effectiveness and proper storage.

Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and food hygiene regulations (e.g., HACCP, FSSAI).

Utilize design thinking principles to optimize workflow, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall presentation of the facility.

Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities, staff performance, and inventory.

Collaborate with other departments to address specific cleaning needs and ensure seamless operations.
