We are seeking a meticulous and organized individual to join our Real Estate division as a Housekeeping Associate. This role is crucial in maintaining the pristine condition and operational efficiency of our corporate facilities in Noida. The ideal candidate will leverage their 2-3 years of experience and legal background to ensure compliance with safety standards and manage day-to-day housekeeping operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage daily housekeeping operations, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across all company premises.

Develop and implement cleaning schedules, assigning tasks to housekeeping staff and monitoring their performance.

Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and timely procurement.

Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations, including those related to waste management and chemical handling.

Address any maintenance or repair issues promptly, coordinating with relevant departments or external vendors.

Maintain records of cleaning activities, staff attendance, and inventory.

Assist in the training of new housekeeping staff on established procedures and safety protocols.

Utilize understanding of legal frameworks (LLB) to ensure adherence to relevant building codes and safety standards.
