Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a B.Pharma background to join our HR team as an HR Business Advisory Associate. This entry-level role is designed for candidates with 0-1 years of experience who are looking to gain practical experience in HR within the dynamic pharmaceutical and life sciences industry. You will support the HR Business Partners in providing advisory services to various business units, contributing to the development and implementation of HR strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist HR Business Partners in managing employee relations, including grievance handling and disciplinary actions, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Support the talent acquisition process, from job posting and candidate screening to offer management, particularly for roles within the R&D, manufacturing, and quality assurance departments.
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, performance management cycles, and HR policy communication.
- Maintain accurate employee data in HR systems and generate reports as required.
- Conduct market research on compensation and benefits to support HR policy development.
- Provide basic HR support and query resolution to employees and managers.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements related to HR functions.
- Support the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
