Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Consultant with 1-2 years of experience and a BCA degree to join our dynamic team in Pune. This role will support various HR functions within our fast-paced Telecom/ISP environment, contributing to employee relations, recruitment processes, and HR policy implementation. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance and a positive employee experience.
- Help in the administration of HR policies and procedures, ensuring consistency and fairness.
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and HR data management.
- Provide support for performance management cycles.
- Assist in resolving employee queries and concerns related to HR matters.
- Maintain HR records and ensure data accuracy using HRIS systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support various HR projects.
