Recruiting for HVAC Supervisor - Animation & VFX Team (3-5 Yrs)

We are seeking a motivated and experienced HVAC Supervisor to join our dynamic team at our Delhi facility. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Arts degree and 3-5 years of hands-on experience in overseeing HVAC operations within a corporate or industrial setting. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and reliable functioning of all heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, crucial for maintaining a comfortable and productive environment for our creative teams in the animation and VFX industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of HVAC technicians, ensuring all maintenance and repair tasks are completed efficiently and safely.

Perform regular inspections of HVAC systems, including boilers, chillers, air handling units, and ventilation systems, to identify potential issues and schedule preventative maintenance.

Diagnose and troubleshoot complex HVAC system malfunctions, recommending and implementing effective repair solutions.

Manage inventory of HVAC parts and supplies, ensuring availability for timely repairs and maintenance.

Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and company policies regarding HVAC operations and maintenance.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and system performance.

Collaborate with other facilities management staff to ensure seamless integration of HVAC operations with overall building management.

Respond to emergency HVAC issues promptly and effectively.
