Recruiting for Hydrographic Surveying - Banking Team (1-2 Yrs Exp)

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hydrographic Surveyor with 1-2 years of experience and an LLB degree to join our team in Kolkata. This role is crucial for ensuring compliance and managing legal aspects related to our banking operations, particularly those involving significant asset management and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will leverage their legal acumen and surveying knowledge to support our diverse financial activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct hydrographic surveys to assess water bodies, riverbeds, and coastal areas relevant to bank-financed projects or asset valuations.

- Analyze survey data to identify potential legal risks, boundary disputes, or environmental compliance issues.

- Interpret and apply relevant Indian maritime laws, environmental regulations, and property laws to survey findings.

- Prepare detailed survey reports, including legal implications and recommendations for mitigation.

- Collaborate with legal teams, project managers, and external consultants to ensure legal adherence in all surveying activities.

- Assist in the preparation of legal documentation related to property acquisition, land rights, and environmental clearances for projects.

- Stay updated on changes in relevant legislation and surveying technologies.
