You will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality training materials that support our employees' professional growth and align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop engaging instructional materials, including e-learning modules, facilitator guides, participant workbooks, and job aids, using various authoring tools.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather content and ensure accuracy and relevance of training materials.
- Analyze learning needs and design appropriate learning interventions to address performance gaps.
- Apply adult learning principles and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE) to create effective learning experiences.
- Ensure all training materials are aligned with company branding and quality standards.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in instructional design and e-learning.
