Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the identification and assessment of various risks associated with new and existing insurance products, including market risk, credit risk, and operational risk.
- Utilize M.Des methodologies (e.g., user journey mapping, service design) to understand customer interactions and identify potential points of risk and friction.
- Analyze risk data and trends, translating complex information into understandable insights for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with underwriting, actuarial, and product development teams to design and implement risk mitigation strategies.
- Contribute to the development of risk models and reports, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
- Support the monitoring and evaluation of risk management frameworks and policies.
- Conduct user research and testing to validate design assumptions related to risk perception and communication.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes impacting insurance risk management.
