Recruiting for Investment Banking Analyst - Manufacturing & Production Team (1-3 Yrs)

Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated Investment Banking Analyst with 1-3 years of experience to join our corporate finance team, focusing on the manufacturing and production sector. The ideal candidate will support deal execution, financial analysis, and strategic initiatives within JSW Steel. This role requires a strong understanding of financial modeling and corporate finance principles, with a specific interest in the industrial landscape. This position is based in Mangalore.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation of financial models, valuation analyses, and pitch books for M&A, capital raising, and other strategic transactions.

Conduct industry research, market analysis, and competitive intelligence to identify investment opportunities and assess risks within the manufacturing and production sector.

Support due diligence processes, including data collection, analysis, and summarization.

Prepare presentations and reports for senior management and stakeholders.

Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., finance, strategy, legal) to ensure successful transaction execution.

Maintain and update databases of financial information and transaction comparables.
