Role Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Security professional with 2-3 years of experience to join our Content Development and Language team. The ideal candidate will contribute to safeguarding our digital assets and ensuring the integrity of our content development processes. This role requires a strong understanding of IT security principles and practices, coupled with the ability to apply them in a dynamic content-focused environment. This position is based in Nasik.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze security logs and alerts to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities.
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of security policies, procedures, and controls.
- Conduct regular security assessments and audits of systems and applications within the content development lifecycle.
- Support incident response activities, including investigation, containment, and remediation of security breaches.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure security best practices are integrated into the content creation and management workflows.
- Stay updated on emerging security threats, technologies, and compliance requirements relevant to the content industry.
- Assist in user access management and privilege control to protect sensitive content and data.
- Contribute to security awareness training for team members.
