Recruiting for IT Vendor Management - L&T Infotech Miscellaneous Team

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Vendor Management professional with 2-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Vishakhapatnam. This role is crucial in managing our IT vendor relationships, ensuring optimal performance, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with contractual obligations. The ideal candidate will possess a B.Sc degree and a solid understanding of IT procurement and contract management principles.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operational aspects of IT vendor relationships, including performance monitoring, issue resolution, and communication.

Oversee the entire IT vendor lifecycle, from onboarding and contract negotiation to performance reviews and offboarding.

Ensure vendors adhere to service level agreements (SLAs) and contractual terms. Identify and mitigate risks associated with vendor performance.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders (IT, Procurement, Legal) to define vendor requirements and evaluate potential vendors.

Track and analyze vendor performance metrics, providing regular reports to management on key performance indicators (KPIs) and cost savings.

Assist in the negotiation of contracts and pricing with IT vendors, ensuring favorable terms for the company.

Maintain accurate records of all vendor contracts, agreements, and performance data.
