Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement engaging Japanese language curriculum tailored to business professionals, focusing on practical communication skills for design-related projects and client interactions.
- Conduct regular classes, workshops, and one-on-one sessions for employees at various proficiency levels, ensuring a structured learning path.
- Develop and administer assessments to evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Educate employees on Japanese business etiquette, cultural nuances, and industry-specific terminology relevant to the design sector.
- Create supplementary learning materials, including presentations, exercises, and digital resources.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in Japanese language teaching methodologies and incorporate them into the curriculum.
