Role Summary:
Biocon Limited is seeking a motivated Junior Tunnel Engineer with an MCA degree and 0-2 years of experience to join our growing infrastructure team in Nagpur. This role will involve supporting the planning, design, and execution of underground infrastructure projects critical to our biotechnology operations. The ideal candidate will leverage their technical skills and problem-solving abilities to contribute to the successful delivery of these projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of technical drawings, specifications, and reports for tunnel construction projects.
- Support the site engineering team in monitoring construction progress and ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
- Utilize MCA knowledge for data analysis, project scheduling, and potentially for developing or implementing software solutions for project management and monitoring.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors to resolve technical issues and facilitate smooth project execution.
- Conduct site inspections and safety audits to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
- Contribute to the development of risk assessment and mitigation plans for underground construction activities.
- Maintain project documentation and records accurately.
