We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Kitchen / F&B Production - Other professional with 3-5 years of experience and a B.Com degree to join our dynamic retail team in Vijayawada. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting various aspects of our food and beverage production and operational efficiency within our retail outlets, ensuring high standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing inventory levels for raw materials and finished goods in the kitchen/F&B production unit.
- Support in cost control measures, tracking expenses related to food production, and contributing to budget adherence.
- Prepare and analyze reports on sales, inventory, and production, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company quality standards.
- Coordinate with suppliers for procurement of ingredients and other F&B production-related materials.
- Contribute to menu costing and pricing strategies.
- Support in the implementation of new F&B production processes and operational improvements.
- Liaise with the finance and accounts department for billing, payments, and reconciliation of F&B production expenses.
- Maintain accurate records of production, wastage, and stock movement.
- Participate in stock audits and physical verification of inventory.
