Recruiting for Lab Technician - Analytics / KPO / Research Team (3-4 Yrs)

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Lab Technician with 3-4 years of experience to join our Analytics / KPO / Research team. The ideal candidate will possess a B.Tech/B.E. degree and have a strong understanding of laboratory procedures and data analysis. This role involves supporting research initiatives, maintaining laboratory equipment, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of experimental data. You will work closely with senior researchers to contribute to impactful projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine laboratory tests and experiments according to established protocols.

Calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring optimal performance and accuracy.

Collect, record, and analyze experimental data, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.

Assist in the preparation of reagents, samples, and experimental setups.

Troubleshoot technical issues related to laboratory equipment and procedures.

Contribute to the development and validation of new laboratory methods.

Maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment, adhering to safety guidelines.

Prepare reports and presentations summarizing research findings.
