Recruiting for Legal Entity Management - Advertising & Marketing Team

Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and organized individual with 2-3 years of experience to join our Legal team as a Legal Entity Management Specialist. This role is crucial for ensuring compliance and efficient management of all legal entities within our Indian operations. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to managing corporate governance and statutory filings. Post graduation is not a mandatory requirement for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist in the establishment, registration, and dissolution of legal entities in India.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date statutory registers and corporate records for all group companies.
* Prepare and file annual returns, financial statements, and other regulatory filings with the Registrar of Companies (RoC) and other relevant authorities.
* Coordinate with internal departments and external legal counsel on matters related to corporate compliance and governance.
* Monitor changes in relevant laws and regulations and ensure timely implementation of compliance measures.
* Manage and track deadlines for board meetings, shareholder meetings, and other corporate compliances.
* Support the legal team in due diligence processes and corporate restructuring activities.
* Ensure compliance with Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations for entities.
* Assist in the preparation of board resolutions, minutes, and other corporate documents.
* Maintain a central repository of all legal entity documentation.
