Job Description
Role Summary:
HPL is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional for the Legal & Regulatory - Other role within our Architecture & Interior Design division. This position is ideal for an individual with 3-4 years of experience and a Master of Technology (M.Tech) degree, looking to contribute to the regulatory compliance and legal framework of significant construction and design projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the interpretation and application of various laws, regulations, and policies relevant to the architecture and interior design industry in India.
- Support the legal team in drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Conduct research on evolving legal and regulatory landscapes affecting construction, real estate, and design sectors.
- Liaise with government bodies, regulatory authorities, and external legal counsel as required.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements and building codes.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of internal policies and procedures to mitigate legal risks.
- Provide support for dispute resolution and litigation matters when necessary.
- Analyze technical specifications and project documents from a legal and regulatory perspective.
