Recruiting for Legal & Regulatory - Other - Architecture / Interior Design Team

Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal & Regulatory professional with 1-3 years of experience and an M.Pharma degree to join our Architecture/Interior Design team in Mumbai. This role will focus on ensuring compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory frameworks pertinent to our projects, with a specific emphasis on aspects that might intersect with pharmaceutical or healthcare-related regulations, even within an architectural context. You will play a crucial role in supporting our legal and compliance functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the review and interpretation of legal and regulatory requirements applicable to construction and interior design projects, with a focus on any health, safety, or environmental regulations that may have pharmaceutical overlaps.

Support the legal team in drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.

Conduct research on specific regulatory matters and provide timely updates to the management and project teams.

Help in the preparation and submission of regulatory filings and documentation.

Liaise with internal stakeholders and external regulatory bodies as required.

Monitor changes in laws and regulations affecting the company's operations and advise on necessary adjustments.

Maintain organized records of all legal and regulatory documents and communications.
