We are seeking a motivated professional with 2-4 years of experience and a B.Pharma degree to join our dynamic team as a Life Insurance - Other specialist within our Fitness & Wellness division. In this role, you will contribute to the strategic development and implementation of life insurance products and services tailored to the unique needs of our health-conscious clientele. Your understanding of pharmaceutical sciences will be invaluable in assessing health risks and developing innovative insurance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze health and wellness trends to identify opportunities for life insurance product innovation.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product development, actuarial, marketing) to design and launch new life insurance offerings.

Leverage B.Pharma knowledge to assess mortality and morbidity risks associated with specific health conditions.

Develop and maintain product documentation, including policy terms, conditions, and riders.

Assist in the underwriting process by providing insights into health-related risks.

Monitor competitor activities and market developments in the life insurance sector.

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies.
