Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Life Skills / ECA Teacher with 0-1 years of experience to join our team in Surat. Key Responsibilities:
Design and deliver engaging workshops on essential life skills such as communication, problem-solving, time management, and stress management.
Organize and facilitate extracurricular activities (ECAs) that promote teamwork, creativity, and well-being.
Assess the needs of individuals and groups to tailor life skills and ECA programs effectively.
Provide guidance and mentorship to employees, fostering a positive and supportive learning environment.
Collaborate with HR and department heads to integrate life skills development into the company's overall employee development strategy.
Maintain records of participation and progress, and evaluate the effectiveness of programs.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in life skills education and employee development.
