We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Life Skills / ECA Teacher to join our growing team in Ahmedabad. This role is ideal for a recent B.Tech/B.E. graduate with a passion for developing essential life skills and extracurricular activities among our workforce. You will play a key role in fostering a positive and productive environment, contributing to the personal and professional growth of our employees.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and deliver engaging workshops on essential life skills such as communication, problem-solving, time management, and teamwork.
Develop and implement extracurricular activities (ECAs) that promote employee well-being, creativity, and collaboration.
Assess employee needs and tailor programs to address specific skill gaps and developmental areas.
Facilitate group discussions, role-playing exercises, and practical application of learned skills.
Maintain records of participation, progress, and feedback for all programs.
Collaborate with HR and other departments to align life skills and ECA programs with organizational goals.
Stay updated with best practices in life skills training and adult learning.
