Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver engaging workshops and sessions focused on essential life skills such as communication, problem-solving, teamwork, and time management.
• Develop and implement creative extracurricular activities (ECAs) that promote personal growth, creativity, and well-being among employees.
• Assess participant needs and tailor programs accordingly.
• Monitor progress and provide constructive feedback to participants.
• Collaborate with HR and other departments to align life skills programs with organizational goals.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance and program outcomes.
• Stay updated on best practices in life skills education and corporate training.
