Recruiting for Location Manager - Legal Team (3-4 Yrs)

We are seeking an experienced Location Manager to oversee operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our legal team's office in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operational management and a keen understanding of IT infrastructure, supported by a BCA degree. This role is crucial for maintaining efficiency and providing essential support to our legal professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the day-to-day operations of the Kolkata office, ensuring a productive work environment for the legal team.

Oversee and maintain IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network connectivity, troubleshooting issues as they arise.

Coordinate with internal IT support and external vendors for technical assistance and system upgrades.

Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and safety standards within the office premises.

Manage office supplies, vendor relationships, and facility-related services.

Assist in the onboarding of new legal team members, ensuring they have the necessary resources and access.

Provide administrative support to the legal department as needed.
