Recruiting for Maintenance Head - Analytics / KPO / Research Team (2-3 Yrs)

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Maintenance Head with 2-3 years of experience to join our Analytics / KPO / Research team. The ideal candidate will hold a B.Sc degree and possess a strong understanding of maintaining operational efficiency and infrastructure within a data-driven environment. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth functioning of our research and analytics operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day maintenance of office facilities, equipment, and IT infrastructure.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for repairs and maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.
- Respond to and resolve maintenance issues promptly.
- Assist in planning and executing office renovations or upgrades.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities.
- Support the IT team in basic troubleshooting and maintenance tasks.
