Role Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative individual with 3-4 years of experience and a BBA/BBM degree to join our Fashion team as a Make Up / Costume - Other specialist. This role will be instrumental in managing and coordinating various aspects of costume and makeup requirements for our fashion-related projects, ensuring alignment with brand aesthetics and project objectives. You will work closely with design, production, and marketing teams to bring creative visions to life.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the conceptualization and execution of makeup and costume designs for fashion shoots, campaigns, and events.
- Manage procurement and inventory of makeup products, costume accessories, and related materials.
- Coordinate with makeup artists, stylists, and costume designers to ensure timely delivery and quality of work.
- Maintain detailed records of costume and makeup budgets, expenditures, and vendor payments.
- Conduct market research on emerging fashion trends, makeup techniques, and costume designs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure costume and makeup elements align with brand messaging and campaign goals.
- Oversee the logistics of costume and makeup requirements for photoshoots, ensuring all items are accounted for and maintained.
- Support in developing creative briefs and proposals for new fashion projects.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry best practices in all costume and makeup related activities.
