Role Summary: We are seeking a driven and analytical Manager - Data Science with 2-3 years of experience to join our Food Processing division. The ideal candidate will leverage data to derive actionable insights, optimize processes, and contribute to strategic decision-making within our food product development and supply chain operations. This role requires a strong foundation in statistical analysis and machine learning, with a B.Sc degree in a quantitative field.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement data-driven models for demand forecasting, inventory management, and quality control in food processing.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in production, sales, and consumer behavior.
- Design and execute A/B tests to evaluate new product formulations and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Operations, Marketing) to translate business needs into data science solutions.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports to communicate key insights and performance metrics.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and AI relevant to the food industry.
- Contribute to the ethical and responsible use of data within the organization.
