Role Summary:
Wiztoonz Academy is seeking a dynamic and analytical Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis to join our growing team. This role is ideal for an M.Tech graduate with 2-3 years of experience who is passionate about leveraging financial insights to drive strategic decision-making within the education technology and animation training sector. You will be instrumental in shaping our financial strategies, ensuring robust forecasting, and providing critical analysis to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning.
- Analyze financial performance against budget, forecasts, and prior periods, identifying key drivers and variances.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations for senior management.
- Support strategic initiatives by providing financial analysis, scenario modeling, and business case development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and insights.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable recommendations.
- Assist in the preparation of management reporting packages and board materials.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of FP&A processes and systems.
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis as required by leadership.
