Recruiting for Manufacturing Engineer - Iron & Steel Team

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Engineer with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team at our Mangalore facility. The ideal candidate will possess a Diploma in Engineering and a foundational understanding of manufacturing processes within the Iron & Steel industry. You will be instrumental in optimizing production efficiency, ensuring quality standards, and contributing to the smooth operation of our manufacturing lines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of manufacturing processes to ensure efficient production.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve manufacturing issues, troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, and implement corrective actions.
- Participate in quality control activities, including process monitoring and data analysis, to maintain high product standards.
- Support the implementation of new manufacturing techniques, technologies, and process improvements.
- Maintain accurate production records and generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Adhere to all safety regulations and contribute to a safe working environment.
- Work closely with supervisors and senior engineers on various projects and operational tasks.
