The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, preferably with an MCA degree, and a passion for understanding market trends and consumer behavior within the logistics sector. This role involves analyzing data, generating actionable insights, and contributing to strategic decision-making to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs within the Indian logistics and courier industry.
- Analyze large datasets related to delivery performance, customer feedback, and market dynamics to derive meaningful insights.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and market intelligence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Sales, Product) to translate insights into business strategies and recommendations.
- Prepare presentations and reports for senior management, clearly communicating research findings and their implications.
- Monitor competitor activities and market shifts, providing regular updates and strategic recommendations.
- Utilize statistical tools and techniques to validate research findings and ensure data integrity.
