Smarteck India Pvt Ltd is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Automation Specialist with 1-2 years of experience and a B.Des degree to join our growing team in Mangalore. This role is crucial for enhancing our marketing efforts through efficient automation strategies and engaging visual content. You will be instrumental in streamlining our marketing campaigns, improving lead generation, and nurturing customer relationships within the electronic components and semiconductors industry.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement automated marketing workflows and campaigns using marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot).
* Design and create visually appealing marketing collateral, including email templates, landing pages, social media graphics, and infographics, aligning with brand guidelines.
* Segment customer databases for targeted campaigns and personalized communication.
* Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, identifying areas for optimization.
* Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment on campaign objectives and lead management processes.
* A/B test different campaign elements (subject lines, content, visuals) to improve engagement and conversion rates.
* Assist in the creation and execution of digital marketing strategies across various channels.
* Maintain and update marketing automation platform functionalities and integrations.
