Role Summary: We are seeking a qualified and experienced Medical Officer with 3-4 years of experience to join our Engineering & Construction division in Surat. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing primary healthcare services, managing occupational health programs, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations on our project sites. This role requires a B.Pharma degree and a proactive approach to employee well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide on-site medical consultation and treatment for employees.

Manage and maintain on-site medical facilities and equipment.

Develop and implement occupational health and safety programs.

Conduct health awareness programs and first-aid training for employees.

Ensure compliance with all relevant health regulations and company policies.

Maintain accurate medical records and prepare reports.

Liaise with external healthcare providers and emergency services when necessary.
