Role Summary: We are seeking a highly qualified and motivated individual with a Doctorate/PhD to join our Medical Services / Hospital team as a Motorman. This role is designed for early-career professionals (0-1 years of experience) who possess a strong academic background and a desire to contribute to the operational efficiency and patient care support within a leading healthcare institution. The Motorman will be involved in specialized tasks requiring advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, leveraging their doctoral research experience in a practical healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the specialized maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of advanced medical equipment and systems, applying a deep understanding of scientific principles and research methodologies.
Conduct in-depth analysis of operational data to identify areas for improvement in efficiency, safety, and patient outcomes.
Collaborate with senior technical staff and medical professionals to implement innovative solutions derived from theoretical research.
Participate in research projects related to medical technology and operational improvements, contributing expertise from doctoral studies.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for equipment, processes, and research findings.
